The Deluxe Group have been providing bespoke joinery services internationally for over 50 years.   The Company’s significant growth over recent years has meant investment in a new state of the art manufacturing facility and head office in Portadown.

 

We continue to provide high end quality fit out & manufacturing services to Luxury Hospitality, Marine Outfitters, Super Prime Residentials, Education, Commercial Offices, and Theme Parks.

Due to continued growth, we have exciting opportunities for innovative Designers to join the Deluxe Team.

The successful applicants will be working on a variety of exciting projects with our talented team whilst being afforded the opportunity to enhance their design skills and develop their career with a Company who rewards success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be involved in the entire design process from concept stage to completion.

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand & execute the project requirements.

  • Create design illustrations as per project specifications using 2D & 3D Software. 

  • Produce production drawings, job sheets and cutting lists for our workshop team.

  • In collaboration with other teams, you will ensure design drawings exceeds client expectations.

  • Problem solve and approach all tasks with a can-do attitude.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Fully competent in the use of SolidWorks.

  • At least 2 years similar experience within a design office environment.

  • Innovative thinker.

  • Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills

  • Ability to effectively manage workload and achieve deadlines. 

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

  • Previous joinery design experience

  • 3rd level degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
