The Deluxe Group have been providing bespoke joinery services internationally for over 50 years.   The Company’s significant growth over recent years has meant investment in a new state of the art manufacturing facility and head office in Portadown.

 

We continue to provide high end quality fit out & manufacturing services to Luxury Hospitality, Marine Outfitters, Super Prime Residentials, Education, Commercial Offices, and Theme Parks.

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Workshop Joiners to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated craftsmen who take pride in high-quality workmanship and want to be part of a growing, dynamic company that delivers premium bespoke joinery and fit-out solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manufacture bespoke joinery items according to technical drawings and specifications

  • Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

  • Assemble and finish high-end furniture, cabinetry, and interior fit-out components

  • Work with a range of materials including hardwoods, veneers, laminates, MDF, and more

  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship

  • Collaborate with design, CNC, and finishing departments to meet project deadlines

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health & safety protocols

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Proven experience as a Workshop Joiner (minimum 2–3 years)

  • Ability to read and interpret detailed joinery and production drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Skilled in the use of woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

  • Experience with high-end residential or commercial fit-out projects

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent qualification)

  • Familiarity with CNC processes and modern workshop practices

    (Mon-Thurs 08:30-17:00 and Fri 08:30-14:30)
