The Deluxe Group was privileged to be asked by BW to be part of their team of subcontractor and supplier experts to help deliver the refurbishment of the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust Hub in Deptford.

The mission of the project was to transform some of the existing spaces within the Stephen Lawrence Centre to provide a creative incubator space (HUB), for young start-ups within the built environment.

The project marked the 25th Anniversary year of Stephen’s murder.
