Quadrant 4 The Deluxe Group are currently working with Ellmers to provide bespoke joinery to the conversion of an historic hotel off Regent Street to provide luxury apartments, designed by Alford Hall Monaghan Morris for the Crown Estate.

Cravenhill Gardens, London The Deluxe Group have recently completed luxury works at Cravenhill, Bayswater working under contract to Bouygues on the fit-out of 18 new luxury homes designed by TF Architecture for Amazon Property and British Land. The project involved the redevelopment of the former Hempel Hotel into 20 luxury apartments.
