The Deluxe Group have recently been awarded 3 exciting new projects in London: The Deluxe Group have once again been appointed by London’s largest Hotel – The London Hilton Metropole to carry out refit works. Deluxe have been appointed to refurbish the Kings Function Suite over the summer in preparation for conference season in the early Autumn. The 11,400 sq ft Kings Suite can seat 1000 guests for banquet functions and upto 1600 people in it’s theatre format. The refurbishment has been designed by renowned architects 3D Reid. In Shoreditch Deluxe are working with main contractor Bouygues to provide bespoke joinery (wall panelling and whisky lockers) to the new Curtain Hotel & Private Members Club which will bring a touch of New York to Shoreditch. Deluxe are working with main contractor Ellmer, architect Barrett Lloyd-Davis Architects (BLDA) and developer Oceanic Properties to convert Grade II listed Oceanic House at the junction of Cockspur Street and Pall Mall into 7 super-prime apartments.
