Savoy Place has closed its doors and has welcomed project workers on site for a £30 million, two year refurbishment.
The Deluxe Group will be involved in the internal restoration and new extension to the historic Institute of Engineering and Technology building at Savoy Place London which is due to be complete summer 2015.
