The Deluxe Group carried out the theming to The Orient, The Trafford Centre’s famous central Food Court.
The Orient comprises 39 restaurants, cafés and bars each with a themed shop front according to its location within the themed zones of the food court, which included:

- New York
- China
- Egypt
- Aztec
- Morrocco
- Italy
- The Ship
- The Tugboat
