The Deluxe Group are currently on-site in Bayswater working under contract to Bouygues on the fit-out of 18 new luxury homes designed by TF Architecture for Amazon Property and British Land.

The project involves the redevelopment of the former Hempel Hotel into 20 luxury apartments.
