The Cloister Bar & Restaurant

The refurbishment of the Cloister Bar and Restaurant (interior design by The Deluxe Group) included the refurbishment of the bar and restaurant and the restoration of the 13th Century Ennis Friary. Key elements such as the original cobble floor were incorporated into the design.

The Deluxe group provided the interior design, fit-out and the supply & installation of bespoke joinery, Tromphe L’Oeil murals and specialist themed Angel sculptures to the project.

The project is one of the first in Ireland to obtain ministerial approval under The National Monuments (Amendment) Act (2004).
