At Deluxe our client process always begins by listening and seeking to interpret our client’s requirements and then perhaps offering them other ideas or concepts which may inspire them.

From listening we move onto visualisation. Our 3D visual imaging allows the client to ascertain whether we have achieved the best design for the project and allows for changes to be made so they do not become a cost issue. Once the price is agreed and set with the client, we work all shifts and hours to complete the project. Deluxe project managers ensure the client has one point of reference for all communication. Deluxe foremen are equipped with the necessary technology onsite that enables them to communicate and receive updated drawings when necessary.
